    As HL,
I think that understanding the revised Bloom's Taxonomy is key factor in this chapter. There are 6 steps for the revised version of Bloom's Taxonomy of the Cognitive Domain, which are Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate and Create.
This revised model can help the teachers and students for successful classroom and promote higher order thinking.

While I was reading this week part, I felt two different things; 'wow, this is an AWESOME theory!' and ' wow, this is and awesome THEORY!'. As an English teacher, I want to talk many stuff about the day's topic but there is almost no chance at all. I have specific pages to teach and if I don't finish teaching, my class is far behind than other classes and my students will fail on tests. Actually many textbooks has personalized questions, however, we don't have time to go through their answers together. So I usually skip the personalizing parts.
I think making monthly theme or weekly theme would be helpful to do all steps of revision of Bloom's Taxonomy of the cognitive domain. First time we go remember stage, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate, and create stage in a row.

  5. Teacher need to work harder at teaching students how to organize content in such a way that in facilitates and promotes higher-order thinking. Having established a classroom environment that forsters higher-level thinking, teacher's next task is to select a practical and easily understood model for teaching students the skill they need for creative, critical and divergent thinking. Then what model teacher can use? There are six level of Bloom's taxonomy which contain sample activities that illustrate the throught processes at each level of Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate and Create
